Salvatore "Sal" Maggio is the main antagonist of Kangaroo Jack. He is Charlie's arch-nemesis and stepfather and Frankie Lombardo's former leader and boss.

- Salvatore is constantly confused to be the secondary antagonist of the film. This is not true as he is the one who drives the plot and has bigger plans than anyone else.
