Professor Kipple is the main antagonist of the film Planet 51 and the film's Dragon. He is the henchman of the film's Big Bad, the misguided General Francis Grawl, and the film's final boss. He is murderous, ruthless, evil, smart, brilliant, selfish, intelligent, naughty, crazy, insane, impatient, power-hungry, stubborn, greedy, ill-tempered, and stingy. Unlike Grawl, Professor Kipple does not redeem himself near the end of the film. At the climax of the film, he is defeated by Lem who stops his machine and then gets arrested by police. Francis becomes the new lead scientist on Planet 51 and Lem takes over his job as the captain of Planet 51.
