Moo Nieu is a holstein cow and a minor antagonist in Kung Pow! Enter the Fist. She is Betty's former protector and the barnyard animals' leader, boss, and best friend. She was gifted in karate.
One night a one boobed woman named Whoa warned The Chosen One going to the meadow. However The Chosen One ignored and next day he started his journey to reach to the Betty's waterfall. In the meadow he saw the holstein cow. Cow stood up and challenged him to a fight. During that, MooNieu overcame his opponent. Then squirted milk on The Chosen One followed by a headbutt and a pile driver. She sprayed milk on The Chosen's head twice to get sure he's defeated. The Chosen One didn't move and MooNieu started laughing at him though she had won. But The Chosen One stood up in anger. Punched her udder 16 times which surprised her. Then flicked her lower right teat as hard as it bent down. Cow pained and mooed loudly. Afterward The Chosen One bite down on the upper left teat while violently grabbing and shaking the udder caused MooNieu suffer a lot. They fought in parody of Matrix which MooNieu fell down and The Chosen One dived under cow's udder, took two of the teats and started milking the cow while laughing at her. The cow became skinny and weak. Lost the battle and fell down. The Chosen One continued his journey.
