Mola Ram is the secondary antagonist of the Indiana Jones series. serving as the main antagonist in the 1984 action-adventure movie, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
He was a Thuggee high priest who made Pankot Palace his residence and wanted to use the five sacred Sankara Stones to set up an everlasting reign of Kali, the Goddess of Death. He was a master brainwasher, doing it to children and adults alike to force them into his service. He is often characterized as a heartless, sadistic, ruthless and psychopathic individual who are bent to make Kali rule over the world. He rips people's hearts out and dumps them in lava. He is killed by falling off a bridge, smashing against rocks and getting eaten alive by crocodiles after being burnt by a Sankara Stone.
