Franklin "Frankie" Lombardo is the secondary antagonist of Kangaroo Jack. He is Charlie's arch-rival and one of Salvatore Maggio's former henchmen.

- Frankie is often thought to be the main antagonist of the film. This is not true as Frankie was less malicious, as well as Salvatore Maggio being the mastermind and having bigger plans.
