Deion Hughes is the hidden tertiary antagonist of Norbit. He is Big Black Jack, Blue, and Earl's former henchman and Kate's ex-fiancé.

- Deion is sometimes thought to be the hidden secondary antagonist of the film. This is not true as he was not as villainous as Rasputia or her brothers.
