Cousin Kevin is an antagonist of the Who's musical Tommy and its 1975 film adaptation. He is the evil cousin of the protagonist, Tommy, who takes advantage of his blindness, deafness, and dumbness by abusing him in many ways, such as ducking him in a full bathtub, placing spikes in his toilet seat, pushing him down the stairs, dragging him by the hair, and using full-pressure water from a hose from a second-story window. This is all behind the backs of Nora Walker and her new husband Frank Hobbs, as before they leave and after they return, he is seen playing the piano.
Cousin Kevin is the first relative-babysitter for Tommy in the film.
Kevin is played by Paul Nichols in the film.
