Clara is a villainess in "Snoopy: Come Home". She isn't actually the main antagonist, as she didn't appear much, not even near the end, but she's the only one to be a villain. She sort of resembles Marcie (who hadn't even debuted at the time), only she doesn't wear glasses. Whenever the main character, Snoopy, encounters her, she is overjoyed and takes him and his friend Woodstock in. She asks for her mother's permission to keep him, and being unaware that Snoopy already has a name, calls him "Rex". She roughly handles him and tries bathing him. Whenever she sets up a tea party, she makes him wear a dress, and when she pours the tea, overflowing it, it spills on his dress. She blames him for dirtying his dress and spanks him. Snoopy tries escaping repeatedly, but for one thing, Clara forbids him to use the phone. She takes him to the vet, only for him to abandon her when she's under attack by bigger dogs. He then frees Woodstock, only for Clara to chase them around the house.
It all ends when Snoopy uses the sheet on top of the piano with a fishbowl on it, and it lands upside down over Clara's head.
Clara, being the only character to actually sing (at least onscreen), is voiced by Linda Ercoli.
