Criminals who are actively involved in the distribution of illegal drugs - due to the fact such drugs often ruin lives, families and entire communities these criminals are seen as being especially immoral: the highest-ranking drug dealers are often Crime Lords as well who have links with other criminal activities such as prostitution, intimidation and more.
