Annas (left) with Caiaphas (right)
- Annas is one of the main antagonists of "Jesus Christ Superstar", the other being fellow priest Caiaphas. To tell which is which, Annas' hat is taller and thinner. He is a countertenor, singing in a falsetto voice, to contrast against Caiaphas' bass. He is played by Kurt Yaghjian.
