Annabelle the Doll, also known under other aliases such as Annabelle Higgins or simply Annabelle is a major antagonist in the Conjuring movie franchise, appearing as the secondary antagonist in The Conjuring and the titular primary antagonist of its two prequels, Annabelle and Annabelle: Creation.
It's a powerful demonic entity, that are frequently latched onto a doll to torment its owners. It was one of the artifacts taken by demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren during one of their missions. Of all haunted items, Annabelle is considered the most dangerous and powerful, and has a weird habit of wandering around unseen.
